Our royal bridal team provides dedicated 1-on-1 consultations both at our Varanasi/Delhi salons and virtually via high-definition video calls. We guide you through fabric swatches, hand-embroidery options (Zardozi, Aari, Dabka), and take exact body measurements to create a flawless heirloom garment.

What is the crafting timeline for custom bridal lehengas & sarees? +

Handwoven Banarasi silk sarees take approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Intricate hand-embroidered Zardozi bridal lehengas require 6 to 10 weeks of dedicated artisan craftsmanship depending on motif complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated upon request through our concierge.

Do you ship worldwide with custom duties handled? +

Yes, we offer complimentary express insured worldwide shipping via DHL Express & FedEx Priority to the US, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and Europe. All garments are shipped in royal wooden luxury packaging.

Can I request custom color dyeing or blouse design alterations? +

Absoluely. Every Chandrapalli heirloom can be custom-dyed to your specific bridal palette. Blouse necklines, sleeve lengths, dupattas, and kalidar flare can all be tailored to your preference.
